If you haven't had an opportunity to check out Jackwraith's most recent post on creating comics, I'd strongly recommend taking a look - It's insightful for fans of comics, and those of us who have created or aspired to create comic books will identify with the words.
The collaboration... the back and forth... the sharing of thoughts and ideas... These are the aspects of the creative process are amongst the most rewarding aspects of creating something with another creative individual. In the case of Dystopia, the fact that I get to do this with somebody that I've known for 30 years and has shared in the highs and lows of a life makes it that more meaningful. My desire for you is to be able to share something as meaningful with somebody that you care for.
Next week, we'll see what happens with Angie and 8244. Until then...

The free weekly webcomic updates on Monday. Dystopia offers unique takes on storytelling through genre-spanning arcs set in a richly imagined, multi-layered world. Across its towering levels and shadowed undercity, you’ll encounter cyberpunk conspiracies, gangland rivalries, corporate cults, digital ghosts, and the quiet struggles of those trying to survive between the cracks. With each story, Dystopia invites you deeper—into a world that feels both impossible and eerily familiar. The world expands as you read, revealing patterns, echoes, and secrets hiding just beneath the surface. It’s an evolving experience that rewards curiosity.
