We've spent the story so far in the broken buildings and rubble at the foot of the military encampment on the rim. Finding a balance between communicating a sufficient level of destruction and going overboard with detail has been interesting... If we look closely, we can see structures and vehicles that have spilled down the slope during the collapse. Amongst all of that carnage, our intrepid point man, Bradson has found a path from the rim down to the middle of the action.
We're a third of the way through the first Dystopia chapter. In coming pages we'll be diving into the detail of what's happening on point, and more about Bradson, Frazier, and the world that they inhabit. The artwork is coming a bit easier now but characters still feel a bit stiff. "The rust" that I previously mentioned is still there, but things are improving. I continue to have an absolute blast and I'm encouraged by what I see on the page.
Thanks again, for taking the journey with us!
