Shadow's Depths page 8 of Dystopia shows Bradson and Frazier facing Jasper, Modrena, and Beren beneath the Spill as the introductions continue.

In the first panel, Bradson stands to the left with one hand on Frazier’s arm, trying to keep him calm. Frazier stands in front of him, tense and alarmed, holding a handgun while facing Jasper. Jasper is seen from behind in the foreground, his pale green head, pointed ear, and branching facial structures visible. Frazier demands, “Who are you?! How do you know his name?!”

In the second panel, Jasper faces Bradson and Frazier directly. He is tall, thin, and pale green, with red eyes, wing-like structures behind him, and long, tendrils that rise from the sides of his head. Bradson and Frazier are shown from behind at the bottom of the panel, looking up at him. Jasper calmly replies, “I can read, of course.”

In the third panel, Bradson is shown in close-up, turned slightly downward looking at the name and rank insignia on his chest. His helmet and raised night-vision gear frame his face as he watches the exchange.

In the fourth panel, Jasper stands above Frazier, who is still holding his handgun but has lowered it slightly. Jasper points down toward Frazier and says that insignia are not difficult to learn unless the Force has changed the meaning of one silver bar, identifying him as “Colonel.”

In the fifth panel, Jasper introduces Modrena. Jasper stands behind her, pale green and composed, while Modrena stands in front of him with light blue skin, tendril-like hair, a dark shirt, jeans, and her arms folded. Jasper says, “Since we’re doing introductions, this is Modrena, one of our Links.”

In the sixth panel, Jasper gestures with one hand and introduces Beren as one of their Diggers. His wing-like structures are visible behind him, and his red eyes stay fixed forward as he speaks.

The final wide panel shows the full scene inside the broken passage. Bradson and Frazier stand small on the left, looking toward Jasper and Modrena. Jasper and Modrena stand near the center beneath a huge purple organic canopy formed by Beren, whose massive face stretches across the top of the opening. Beren’s heavy-lidded eyes look out from the purple membrane, and his yellow-clad cylindrical lower torso supports the weight of the tunnel opening. A rumbling sound effect reads, “KRRRUMMMBBLLL!”
