Page Notes: Our wordsmith, Jackwraith is never one to spoon feed the reader, and there's a lot to unpack in this week's page from the Dystopia comic.
Front the jump, Angie is dealing with conflicting thoughts & emotions in the first panel... We learn a bit more about the facility, and the Tribunal's efforts. Additionally, we learn more about the Nefeshim and the potential impact that they are having on Angie and 8244. Finally, we gain insight as to the role that the Tribunal has defined for themselves in governing society. And that's the first panel.
Later in the page, we hear from the Counselor who reaches out to the pair of midwives - the subtext of these messages include continued themes of manipulation, imposed identify, and control. As they listen, 8244 appears to be mesmerized, staring intently at the loudspeaker.
