Additionally, we learn more about the Nefeshim and the potential impact that they are having on Angie and 8244. Finally, we gain insight as to the role that the Tribunal has defined for themselves in governing society. And that's the first panel.
Later in the page, we hear from the Counselor who reaches out to the pair of midwives - the subtext of these messages include continued themes of manipulation, imposed identify, and control.
