Shadow’s Depths page 13 of Dystopia is a full-page splash showing a fragmented vision of the Control Ring as Jasper continues guiding Bradson and Frazier through Modrena’s Link.

At the center of the page is the Tribunal symbol, a large green eye in the palm of a commanding hand, all surrounded by dots of energy radiating outward through the composition.

In the upper left, a battalion of Thought Police stands in tightly packed ranks. They wear dark armor with smooth black faceplates, blue mechanical details at their necks, and carry golden weapons. Their uniform appearance creates a rigid, controlled contrast with the other figures on the page.

In the upper right, a glimpse of TrinityNet appears inside fractured crystalline framing. Beyond the shards is an idealized suburban street beneath a bright blue sky, populated by smiling, coverall-clad family. The scene is deliberately clean and optimistic compared with the darker imagery surrounding it.

At the bottom right, a Midwife stands wrapped in a pale full-length cloak and deep hood. The face is completely hidden in shadow while long claw-like fingers emerge from the sleeves.

At the bottom left we see images of the Anarchrists... One is a blonde haired female with spikes through the shoulders and arms extended. In the foreground, "Wink" a dark-haired, bearded figure has metallic spikes embedded in parts of his face and body.

Jasper’s pale-green thought captions explain that the area most people call the Control Ring is largely closed to their influence because the Tribunal’s networks exclude non-believers. He adds that the Tribunal’s resistance and strength are considerable, but their control is not absolute, and that their pursuit of human perfection sometimes ignores people who carry more of that humanity than they realize.
